J. Harvie Wilkinson III serves on the Richmond, VA-based United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and has served as a member of the Federal court party at our annual Independence Day Celebration and Naturalization Ceremony for many years. We loved Judge Wilkinson's speech this year regarding Jefferson's hospitality at Monticello as one of his last and greatest gifts to America. May we all strive for such inclusivity!
