At the recent Virginia Library Association conferenece, we were honored by the presence of Thomas Jefferson and George Washington, or at least their Washington Nationals "Racing Presidents" incarnations. I was pleased to link arms with these august personages, and I was most impressed by their ability to navigate through low door frames and under-and-around light fixtures!
Btw, Eric Johnson and I had the opportunity at the conference to give a 45-minute demo of the extensive integration of enhanced bibliographic data from the TJ Portal and the knowledge compendium in the TJ Encyclopedia. Use of wiki software is a brave new world for libraries, museums, historic sites, etc. to convey specialized intellectual assets to Internet audiences.
