A twist of fate

This weekend, paleontologists finished removing fossilized mammoth bones from a construction site at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. The coincidence of unearthing ancient bones on the site of a school bearing the name of a man fascinated with fossils was not lost on Dean Rudy Hasl, who called the find "particularly appropriate." Some might even call it kismet.
