Children's Book Launch - Thomas Jefferson: A Day at Monticello

Due to inclement weather, the children's book launches by Maira Kalman and Elizaberth Chew have been postponed.  Monticello's former curator Elizabeth Chew brings Monticello to life in her new book.  The author imagines a day with Thomas Jefferson as he and his grandson visit the vast Monticello plantation.  Book launch in the Woodland Pavilion at 10 am, followed by a signing with the author in the Shop at Monticello at 11 a.m, Thomas Jefferson Visitor Center. Free.

Due to inclement weather, the children's book launches by Maira Kalman and Elizabeth Chew have been postponed.  In the meantime, we welcome everyone to stop by and see the exhibition of select work from Kalman's book, Thomas Jefferson: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Everything, on display in the lobby of the Carl and Hunter Smith Education Center at the Thomas Jefferson Visitor Center.
