I am a history buff who has lived in Virginia since 1995. As a child, I caught the history bug from my father, whom absolutely LOVED Williamsburg, Mount Vernon, and Monticello and dragged his six children to those sights as often as possible. From 1995 until 2008 , I lived in Fredericksburg and, after buying a historical house, became obsessed with Civil War and Colonial history both locally and throughout Virginia.

I now reside less than ten miles from The Mountaintop and have had the incredible privilege to attend Cabinet events over the last few years and become more intimately connected and informed about all that is Monticello!
