Kenwood: Residential Facilities for Fellows

All fellows are required to reside in the greater Charlottesville area during their fellowships. In most cases, the International Center Fellows is able to offer free use of either the "Roosevelt Cottage" or the "Garage Apartment" located on the Kenwood campus.

These freestanding private apartments are fully furnished and feature a bedroom and separate living/study room. Amenities include private baths, air-conditioning, heat, television, and VCR (cable is available in the Roosevelt Cottage). Meals are not included in the fellowship, but each apartment has a kitchen that is stocked with housewares. Ample parking is available.

Availability for these apartments is limited. In instances where neither is available, the Center will assist fellows in finding accommodations nearby at their own expense.
