Kenwood: Residential Facilities for Fellows

All fellows are required to reside in the greater Charlottesville area during their fellowships. In most cases, International Center Fellows are able to offer free use of either Foundation-owned properties located on or near the Kenwood campus.

These properties are fully furnished and feature a bedroom and separate living/study room. Amenities include private baths, air-conditioning, heat, television, and VCR. Meals are not included in the fellowship, but each propery has a kitchen that is stocked with housewares. Ample parking is available.

Availability for these properties is limited. In instances where neither is available, the Center will assist fellows in finding accommodations nearby at their own expense.
