Creating an Herbal Potpourri

CHP Nursery Manager Dennis Whetzel will demonstrate an 18th-century recipe for making potpourri from old garden roses, fragrant heirloom flowers and herbs, and exotic spices. This two-and-a-half-hour workshop will include a discussion on the use of essential oils and fixatives for long-lasting fragrance. Meets at CHP's Tufton Farm Nursery, 9:30 am. $10.
