Join staff archaeologists for a conversation about archaeological work at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello. Geared toward adult learners, this lecture highlights recent discoveries in the South Dependency including the history of Jefferson’s original kitchen and the installation of a French stew stove. Come see artifacts unearthed from these recent excavations. Bring your questions! Archaeologists will be on hand to discuss the ins and outs of archaeology.
