Dr. Maggie Blackhawk (Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Ojibwe) is Moses H. Grossman Professor of Law at NYU. Her research has been published in leading law reviews including the Harvard Law Review, as well as flagship journals of history and political science. She is completing two books on the central role of American colonialism and the resistance and advocacy of Native and other colonized peoples in shaping the constitutional law and history of the United States.
