Robert Bailey (d. 1804) was a professional, Scottish-born gardener. Hired by Thomas Jefferson, Bailey worked at Monticello for three years between 1794 and 1796. During Jefferson's presidency, Bailey worked as a gardener at the President's House in Washington, D.C.
