- This is a hypermedia edition of Vaughan's and Gianniny's book,
originally published in 1981 by the University Press of Virginia.
The present edition commemorates the 100th anniversary of the
Rotunda fire, which occurred in October, 1895. Thomas Jefferson's
Rotunda Restored is a pictorial survey of the most recent
renovation of the Rotunda, which restored the building to its
original design.
