Marie Frank, a former fellow at Monticello's Robert H. Smith International Center for Jefferson Studies, talks with our own Ann Lucas about the deep contributions Fiske and Marie Kimball made to arts and culture in the early 20th Century, including the first scholarship-based restoration of Monticello.

Professor Frank is the organizer of a free virtual conference about the Kimballs on March 20, 2021, sponsored by the Robert H. Smith International Center for Jefferson Studies via the Fiske and Marie Kimball/Monticello Fund, which was generously provided by the Trustees of the Jane Tarleton Smith Moore estate.
