Join us for a special book signing with a triumvirate of rockstar historians: Joanne Freeman, Annette Gordon-Reed and Peter Onuf.
Joanne Freeman is Professor of History at Yale University, regarded as the leading expert on Alexander Hamilton, and most recently author of The Field of Blood: Violence in Congress and the Road to Civil War, September,
Annette Gordon-Reed is the Charles Warren Professor of American Legal History at Harvard University, the Carol K. Pforzheimer Professor at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study and a professor of history at the Faculty of Arts & Sciences. She was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for History and 15 other prizes for her work on the Hemings family of Monticello, numerous other awards, and most recently is co-author with Peter Onuf of Most Blessed of the Patriarchs: Thomas Jefferson and the Empire of the Imagination.
Peter Onuf is a leading scholar on Thomas Jefferson and the early American republic. He is the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation Professor of History, Emeritus, at the University of Virginia and also the author, co-author and editor of numerous books including most recently with Annette Gordon-Reed Most Blessed of the Patriarchs: Thomas Jefferson and the Empire of the Imagination.
